On May of 2020 in DPD Lietuva we have implemented a claims administration module for customer service

Customers can submit their claims using the form, which is easily accessible via web browser. Each customer in his own profile can find and check all history about his claims or related documents

This module has integration with the ERP and accounting systems used by the company. It helps not to duplicate some functions in different departments.

This system is a great way to manage multiple business processes in one place, saving a lot of time and achieving successful results faster.
